1. About Bannou Group
Bannou Group operates the online store at bannou-group.com, offering streetwear apparel, footwear, accessories, bags, and lifestyle products. Products are produced and shipped through Printful (print-on-demand) and third-party logistics partners. These Terms govern all use of the Site and all purchases made through it.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to create an account or make a purchase. By using the Site, you confirm that you meet this requirement. If you are purchasing on behalf of a company or legal entity, you confirm that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms.
3. Account Registration
You may browse the Site without an account. An account is required to place orders and access features such as order history and wishlist.

- You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
- We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms
We are not liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized use of your account.
4. Products & Pricing
All prices are displayed in US Dollars (USD). Prices are subject to change without notice. The price shown at the time you complete your order is the price you will be charged.
We strive to display product colors, sizes, and descriptions accurately. However, due to monitor calibration and print-on-demand production variables, minor differences may occur. These do not constitute grounds for a return unless the product is materially defective.
Note on availability: Products may be discontinued or go out of stock at any time. If an item becomes unavailable after your order is placed, we will contact you to offer a substitute, store credit, or full refund.
5. Orders & Payment
When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase the selected products. Your order is confirmed when you receive an order confirmation email. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order, for example due to pricing errors, suspected fraud, or stock issues.
Accepted payment methods: Credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, and any other methods displayed at checkout. Payment is collected at the time of order. All transactions are encrypted and processed by a third-party payment gateway. We do not store your full card details.
Order cancellation: Orders may be cancelled before they enter production. Once production has started, cancellation is not possible. Please contact us immediately if you need to cancel.
Taxes & duties: Sales tax is applied where required by law. For international orders, import duties and taxes are the buyer’s responsibility.
6. Shipping & Delivery
We ship worldwide. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout before you complete your order.
- Processing time: Orders typically enter production within 2–5 business days
- Shipping time: Varies by destination and carrier — estimated times shown at checkout
- Tracking: A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order ships
Bannou Group is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs clearance, natural events, or other circumstances beyond our control. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier.

7. Returns & Refunds
We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery, subject to the conditions below.
Eligible for return or refund:
- Items that arrive damaged, defective, or materially different from what was ordered
- Items that have not been worn, washed, or altered, with original tags attached
- Items returned within 30 days of the delivery date
Not eligible for return:
- Final sale or clearance items (marked as such at time of purchase)
- Items returned after 30 days from delivery
- Items damaged due to customer misuse or improper care
- Personalized or custom-printed items, unless they are defective
To start a return, contact us at bannou-group.com/contact-us. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of us receiving the returned item. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective or the wrong item was sent.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site — including the Bannou Group name, logo, brand marks, product designs, graphics, text, photography, and website code — is the exclusive property of Bannou Group or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and intellectual property law.
You may not:
- Reproduce, copy, or distribute any Site content for commercial purposes without prior written consent
- Use our trademarks, logos, or brand elements without authorization
- Create derivative works based on our designs or products
- Use automated tools to scrape, index, or copy Site content
Personal, non-commercial use such as sharing product images on social media with proper attribution is generally acceptable.
9. User Conduct
By using the Site, you agree not to:
- Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information
- Use the Site for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site or its systems
- Transmit viruses, malware, or other harmful code

Our Site integrates with third-party services including Printful (fulfillment), Stripe and PayPal (payment), shipping carriers, and Google Analytics. These services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. The Site may contain links to external websites. We are not responsible for the content or practices of those sites. A link does not imply endorsement by Bannou Group.
11. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SITE AND ALL PRODUCTS AND SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
12. Limitation of Liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BANNOU GROUP SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR PURCHASE OF PRODUCTS. In all cases, our maximum liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific order giving rise to the claim.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days, it shall be submitted to binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA), except that either party may seek injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction.
Class action waiver: You agree that any dispute resolution will be conducted on an individual basis only, not in a class or representative action.
EU/UK customers: You may also contact your national consumer protection authority or use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

We may update these Terms at any time. The “Last updated” date at the top reflects any changes. For material changes, we will notify you via a notice on the Site or by email at least 7 days before the change takes effect.
